Spring Health Tips
Strengthening your energy: a quick and effective way to boost your energy is to take a teaspoon of Spirulina powder each day. You’ll need to mix it in with milk or yoghurt, or you can add it to a smoothie. If you find the powder too unpalatable, it is often available in tablet or capsule form.A mild Spring cleanse: In Chinese medicine, Spring is the season of the liver the job of which is to detoxify the body. You can help this function by drinking a class of warm water with a slice of lemon first thing in the morning, before you eat or drink anything else.
